GOTTA DANCE AEROBICS is a progressively choreographed aerobic fitness program that provides an
effective and energizing cardiovascular and total body workout.
Our routines include 40 minutes of cardio dance and 20 minutes of floor work targeting arms, legs and abdominals.
They are safe, fun, easy to learn and designed for you to choose your own level of intensity.
You will need supportive shoes, a floor mat and light hand weights for class.
Our instructors are IDEA-associated and trained in current CPR procedures.
Please note: if you are 30 pounds overweight, pregnant, or have any existing medical conditions
you will need your physician's written permission to take our class.
